Welcome to Silver Pond Acres

Silver Pond Acres is a charming  hobby farm nestled in the heart of North Granby, CT. Our farm is mainly managed by Sofia & Gabby who joined the livestock world in 2013. Thanks to some awesome mentors (as well as parents) they have been lucky enough to continue to grow their hobby farm and with it their passion. We are forever grateful to have ya'll in our lives!
